Mr. Ho, Feng Tao (Kerwin)  | Chairman of Board of Directors 

Master of Science in Actuarial Science, Boston University, USA.

Bachelor of Economics, Feng Chia University, Taichung, Taiwan.

Mr. Ho, Feng Tao (Kerwin) became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Assurance Corporation in November 2013. Previously, Mr. Ho was the Acting General Director of Phu Hung Securities Corporation from December 2011 to April 2013. He has been the Special Assistant to the Chairman of CX Technology, Taiwan since 2008. Additionally, he had a position as Deputy Chief Representative of Guam Representative Office for Chung Kuo Insurance Corporation, Taiwan from 2007 to 2008 and as Chief Representative of Vietnam Representative Office for Chung Kuo Insurance Corporation, Taiwan from 2000 to 2007.

He has more than 20 years of experience in insurance and financial management

Mr. Lu, Chao-Chuan (Vincent)  | General Director 

Mr. Vincent Lu graduated from Feng Chia University (Banking & Insurance).

Mr. Vincent Lu has been working for 24 years in non-life insurance sector in Taiwan and Vietnam. He used to be the Vice President of Marsh Vietnam Limited in charge of all Taiwan/China clients in Vietnam/Cambodia/Myanmar.

Mr. Vincent Lu joined Phu Hung Assurance Corporation since March 2017 and managed all Sales Departments in Headquarters; he was also the Director of Hanoi Branch and other Southern Sales Offices. In January 2018, he was promoted as the General Director of Phu Hung Assurance Corporation. He was then appointed as the member of Phu Hung Assurance Corporation’s Board of Directors in April 2018.

Mr. Chiu, Hsien-Chih (Gary) | Member of Board of Directors

Mr. Chiu, Hsien-Chih previously served as Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CX Technology Taiwan, as well as Chief of Secretariat from 2007 to 2010. He currently serves as the General Manager of CX Technology Vietnam. Mr. Chiu is the member of the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Securities Corporation since April 2010. Mr. Chiu became a member of the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Assurance Corporation in April 2013.

Mr. Lu, Hui-Hung (Winston) | Member of The Board of Directors

Master of Finance (MBA), Rotterdam School of Management.

Bachelor of Economics, National Taiwan University.

Mr. Lu, Hui-Hung previously served as the Deputy Manager of First Commercial Bank in Taiwan from 2001 to 2010. He currently served as the Director of Research Division of Phu Hung Securities Corporation. Mr. Lu became a member of the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Assurance Corporation in September 2015. He has more than 15 years of experience in financial management.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc | Member of The Board of Directors

Master of Economics (MBA), Columbia Southern University, USA.

Bachelor of Economics, University of Finance and Accountancy, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc became Director of Ho Chi Minh City Branch of Vietnam National Reinsurance Corporation since 1995 and a member of the Board of Directors of Phu Hung Assurance Corporation in July 2013. He has more than 22 years of experience in insurance management.
