Insurance benefits settlement

Phu Hung is responsible for resolving Insurance benefits for Client upon receipt of the complete and valid Claim dossier for the insurance benefits settlement according to regulations. 

Claim process

  1.   Client notifies incident information: As soon as an incident occurs, please notify Phu Hung via Hotline: 0899.888.018. Phu Hung's team of consultants is always on duty 24/24 to be ready to guide.
  1. Phu Hung and/or the unit authorized by Phu Hung conduct on-site survey (if necessary), guide the provision of documents.
  2. Client provides full documents according to Phu Hung's email/instructions.
  3. Phu Hung and/or the unit authorized by Phu Hung issues the survey report (if any).
  4. Phu Hung announces the result of processing the claim file (up to 15 working days from the receipt of all claim documents that Phu Hung has instructed).
  5. Client signs Notice of Claim amount (agreeing with the result of Phu Hung's compensation settlement).
  6. Phu Hung shall pay compensation within 15 days from the date of receipt Client’s Agreement on Compensation amount. Compensation payments can be made by bank transfer or cash.
