Firstly, please check the terms and conditions of your policy in detail as they will prevail over the General Claim Procedures. For further clarification and assistance, please contact either our sales staff or PAC.
IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN UPON OCCURRENCE
Take all such action as is necessary to minimize and to reduce the loss and to prevent further losses.
Contact the fire fighting police and call PAC through the Hotline 08 99 888 018.
Protect and keep intact the scene to facilitate the assessment and investigation.
NOTIFY US WITHOUT DELAY AND RETAIN ANYTHING CONNECTED WITH THE LOSS
If a third party has related responsibilities for causing the loss, please reserve your right to hold the third party liable the loss.
Make no admission, offer, promise, payment or indemnity in connection with any claim without our written consent.
EVALUATE LOSS AND CLAIM DECISION
PAC will make an assessment of the claim request and insurance coverage according to time frame prescribed by Vietnamese law and regulation, unless otherwise specified in your policy or additional agreement in writing.
CLAIM SETTLEMENT AND PAYMENT
For any claim which is covered under your Policy, PAC will make settlement agreement and claim payments in accordance with Policy conditions and any applicable regulatory/ statutory requirements, unless otherwise specified in your policy or additional agreement in writing.
For a claim which does not fall within the coverage provided under this Policy, after having assessed the claim, PAC will notify you the results with specific reasons within time frame prescribed under the provisions of law or according to insurance regulations.
