CLAIM

Firstly, please check the terms and conditions of your policy in detail as they will prevail over the General Claim Procedures. For further clarification and assistance, please contact either our sales staff or PAC through the Hotline 08 99 888 018.

  • IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN UPON OCCURRENCE

    Apply necessary and possible measures to minimize and prevent further injury, emergency.

    Immediately do the necessary treatment and follow medical advices from a legally qualified medical practitioner.  

  • NOTIFY US WITHOUT DELAY AND RETAIN ANYTHING CONNECTED WITH THE LOSS

    As soon as practicable and in any case within 30 days (or 14 days apply to Cologne Re wordings) from the date of the occurrence of an insured event, the insured of his legal beneficiary written notice shall be given to PAC.

    Being honest in all declarations and providing for PAC information, evidences, documents related to insured event (accident or sickness).

    Provide for PAC medical documents as hospital discharge bill, treatment bill (in respect of inpatient treatment) operation protocol (in respect of operation), certified and stamped by an authorized person of Medical Facility.

    Within one year from the date of occurence of the insured event, the insured or his legal beneficiary shall submit to PAC the full documents related to the claim.

  • CLAIM SETTLEMENT

    If the claim were covered: PAC will pay compensation for the insured or authorized person.

    If the claim were not under coverage or under exclusion: PAC will provide the written refusal with reasons and explanation. 

  • CLAIM PAYMENT

    PAC will compensate by cash or bank transfer.
