Reporting directly for:

   HR & Admin Manager

Job Requirements:

   - University graduation.

   - Experience and professional knowledge in HR fields

   - Foreign language: Fluent English skills

   - Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.

   - Good knowledge of Labor laws

   - Responsible, careful and honest

   - Persuasion and communication skills

The main task assigned:

   - Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets;

   - Support HR team in recruitment such as screen CV, phone interview;

   - Coordinate candidate interviews, and testing;

   - Implementation Pre-Employment Processes: prepare job offers and follow up with new employees to complete necessary paperwork for the recruitment process, preparing all new hire paperwork;

   - Preparing materials for orientation;

   - Coordinate staff training;

   - Maintain and update the leave record and staff attendance.

   - Assist in setting up and maintaining employee database system, employee profiles ensuring all data updated accurately on timely basis.

   - Make statistic HR metric reports;

   - Assist HR team with other administrative works.

   - Translate HR documents from/to English and Vietnamese and vice versa.

   - Other ad hocs, jobs and functions assigned by Manager and Section Chief
