When there are requests to change the information related to the Insurance Policy and/or the Certificate of Insurance, please contact Phu Hung in one of the following ways:

      Option 4: Contact directly at the Head Office/Branch/Sales Office of Phu Hung

II. REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION/TERMINATION/REFUND OF INSURANCE

Requests for cancellation/termination/refund of insurance must comply with Laws and Insurance Wording and/or Insurance Policy and/or Insurance Certificate and/or Endorsement of the insurance types that client has participated in.
