Report to: Admin Manager

Job requirements:

Graduate from College or above in Hospitality, Admin & HR, or equivalent

Basic communication in English

Kind, polite and professional manner

Careful and detail-oriented to deal with paper works

Good communication by phone, greet and welcome skills 

Functions and responsibilities:

Receiving and transferring telephone calls, taking message and transferring to receivers

Receiving booking car (Date & time depart, requester, external business meeting has to location/dept, Head's signature), then arrange car for requester and call for driver

To monitor, check, transfer documents, letters, documents and parcels from/to and is responsible for converting documents, letters, documents and parcels to timely parts under current regulations

Checking mail continuously and delivering neccesary mail to the relevant departments; presenting packages or letters to FC before transferring it to the receivers (twice a day)

Receiving stationary proposal from departments; summarizing and reporting it  to managers; ordering and checking goods from stationary stores; delivering stationary to departments

Collecting invoices and documents for payment: electricity, internet, telephone, office rental, car rental, stationary, and others payment for apartments

Perform other tasks as assigned by Superiors
