Report to: Deputy Manager/ Manager of Survey & Claim

Job requirements:

Graduated from college or university related to insurance, technical

Knowledge and experience in non-life insurance

Basic communication in English

Good computer skill

Knowledge and compliance with insurance law

Communicaltion skill with clients/ partners

Ability to review and analyze detailed information for accuracy and completeness

Professional ethic

Functions and responsibilities:

Implement survey handlings

Handling survey files according to Company procedure

Determine loss, support and set up the survey & claim file, follow up the outstanding files

Survey loss, check the authenticity of the claim files of the insured event and survey requirement rationality

Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

Perform other tasks as assigned by management
